In Irkutsk IK-15 introduced an emergency mode

In the correctional colony No. 15 of the Irkutsk region, where a rebellion occurred on April 10, the emergency regime was introduced, Oleg Antipenko, chairman of the Public Supervisory Commission (ONK), told the MBH Media.

According to him, such a regime implies a ban on visiting prisoners, lawyers and members of the PMC, while the convicts themselves can freely move around the residential area.

He added that now only those prisoners who did not participate in the riot remained in the colony. “The residential area is completely restored. I went into the dining room, there two detachments had lunch. I went into the premises of the chamber type, half is killed there, half is restored. I went to the industry, there almost everything burned out - everything is black, like after the war, everything was brought up. The Investigative Committee works there and they have not yet been removed. Animals are saved, horses and part of the cows. Some of the pigs and cows burned down, ”said Antipenko.

The riot in IK-15 began on April 9 after one of the prisoners accused the FSIN employees of beating. In a conversation with the MBH Media, one of the convicts said that about 300 people were injured in the riot, of which 200 injured themselves. On April 11, during the analysis of the blockages of one of the prisoners, they found hanged.
