Protest promotions and criticism of “traditional values” can be on a par with calling for terrorism

On the legal portal of the Government, the Presidential Decree Decree “On Amending the Countering Extremism in the Russian Federation until 2025” has been posted. The previous version of the “strategy”, approved by Vladimir Putin in November 2014, is proposed to adjust: now inconsistent protest actions, as well as “destruction of traditional spiritual and moral values”, will be attributed to “extremism”.

Changes scattered in the text of the Decree are very symptomatic.

Thus, it is proposed to attribute "violation of political and social stability in society" to the consequences of extremism.

To external extremist threats is added "the destruction of traditional Russian spiritual and moral values."

It is proposed to indicate that extremism “some states are used as a means for violating the territorial integrity of their geopolitical opponents or the unleashing of civil wars in these countries, as well as in the implementation of scenarios of“ color revolutions ”.

It is clarified that the most dangerous types of extremism, manifested in the excitation of hatred and enmity, now does not only include “conducting inconsistent shares”,

And "Organization and holding of inconsistent public events (including protests)."

A new point is introduced-that “special services and organizations of individual states are increasing the information and psychological impact on the population of Russia, primarily on young people, in order to destroy traditional Russian spiritual and moral values, destabilizing the domestic political and social situation in the country.”

It is said about the “destabilizing influence on the situation” that the activities of “individual foreign organizations and the Russian associations controlled by it”, acting “under the guise of humanitarian, educational, cultural, national and religious projects” and “inspiring protest activity of the population using socio-economic, environmental and other factors”.

It is proposed to “the decision on the possibility of introducing extra -court blocking of information resources containing materials that justify and justify extremist and terrorist activities.”

Finally, as the target indicators of the implementation of the “strategy”, “dynamics of changes in the number of administrative offenses of an extremist orientation” and “dynamics of changes in the number of identified persons who have committed administrative offenses of an extremist orientation” are established. And also-"The number of Internet resources containing extremist materials, access to which was limited in the Russian Federation (or from which such prohibited information was deleted)."

The goal, as we see, is simple:

declare “extremism” (and also “inspired” from abroad) any protest against the actions of the authorities

And to deal with him on the basis of the gendarme "anti -extremist legislation", criminal cases and many years of conclusion.

A reservation about “unauthorized shares” should not deceive. The authorities will act on the principle of "we will not coordinate anything to you, and then we will declare extremists."

With all this, you can not even take care of elementary logic.

The main “violator of political and social stability” is power: it is her decisions that lead to the discontent of citizens. Starting from raising the retirement age and “renovation”, and ending with “sealing development” and the destruction of parks and squares. Now the prohibition of working, loss of income and the obligation to receive a pass to the home have been added to this.

So candidates for extremists who “inspire protest activity” must not be sought at all in the opposition. And in another place - and you know him. Who is older, can recall the Soviet joke about the awarding of Nicholas the Second Order of the October Revolution for the creation of a revolutionary situation.

In the same place, it is necessary to look for “violators of the territorial integrity of geopolitical opponents”, and the organizers of “unleashing civil wars in them”. If anything, ask the Ukrainians.

As for the allegedly stubborn work of the special services to “destroy our traditional spiritual and moral values”, I would like to ask to announce the entire list of these values:

autocracy? serfdom? submissiveness to the authorities? The tyranny of governors? Salary Sechin?

And to clarify how exactly and, most importantly, why the insidious enemy must destroy these values.

If (as the leadership of the Russian Orthodox Church is not tired) the most important of these values ​​is Orthodoxy, today it is the Orthodox, despite the prohibitions that come to the services, and the Hierarchs of the Russian Orthodox Church, calling these prohibitions anti -constitutional, are one of the main protest groups. Will they be declared “extremists”?

If the proposal for the extra -court blocking of information resources, supposedly “justifying extremism”, will become a law (easily accepted one day in three readings) - bodies that “are not mistaken” will joyfully begin to block all resources where the actions of the authorities are criticized and proposed to protest against them. After all, as already mentioned, almost any political or civil protest is proposed by “extremism”.

At the same time, the target installation is given: the more citizens are fined and the more resources are blocked, the better the “target indicators”, which will be evaluated by the “strategy”.

This is a direct team “FAS!”, Which, be sure, will be perfectly understood by the punitive organs. Moreover, unlike real terrorists and extremists, the protesters are not hidden and they are much easier to look for them.

Last: all this was already when there was a notorious article of 190-1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (“The spread of knowingly false fabrications defaming the Soviet state and social system”).
