As stood, it collapsed
“Roma, I'm dying,” Dmitry Dymnikov met with such words of an old friend, who had difficulty crawling to the door of his apartment to open to a persistent knock. There was no strength to rise. Legs and back were terribly sick. The day before, the man walked two kilometers on foot, although a week ago he was almost paralyzed and could only move crawling.
Dmitry managed to get sick in February.

“I have an old spinal injury,” he says. - I was engaged in athletics, in childhood it quickly passed, and in adulthood it began to crawl out. In 2016, MRI made, revealed a whole bouquet of diseases-osteochondrosis, hernia, lumbalgia. And then he was nervous, he worked a lot, and his legs were simply taken away: he stood at home and collapsed. ”
He is thirty years old. Lives alone. He is from St. Petersburg. Two years ago, he moved in Sosnovo, Priozersky district of the Leningrad region. A quiet village, clean air, life is cheaper than urban. But only medicine is "peculiar."
“When my legs refused, my panic began. Called an ambulance. The brigade arrived, examined, made an injection, and refused to pick up the hospital. They said that without a certificate from the therapist they do not hospitalize, - Dmitry is still perplexed. - I waited for the therapist for two weeks, it seems that she was on vacation.
All this time I slept on the floor, on the hard one, it was a little easier, crawled around the apartment on all fours.
After the therapist issued a certificate, I called an ambulance again, and I was finally taken to the hospital. ”
This year, on March 11, Dmitry was put in the Sosnovsky hospital, a unit of the Priozersky inter -district hospital. The procedures were appointed, according to him, for 20 days. But not even half the term has passed, as the doctor said urgently to collect things and go home - the hospital closes in quarantine.
Everyone left on their own
From the house on the ambulance Dymnikov they blackened to the village hospital in five minutes. Back the same two kilometers, he wandered for four hours.
“In the morning of March 20, we were told that the directive came from above to close in quarantine. They measured the temperature, distributed the documents - and that’s all, then the doctors were no longer up to us, they had to fulfill the directive. They only said: “Return in May,” says Dmitry. - I went out onto the porch, inhaled the fresh air and went on a foot. It was very painful. I wandered, swinging like a drunk, first along the path of the forest, which is around the hospital, then the streets. I did not meet passers -by. Maybe they were, but I have poor vision, a big minus, and I have not seen anyone along the way. He probably stopped every 50 meters, then he went on. ”

Dmitry left his glasses and mobile phone at home when he was taken to the hospital, not before them. Nobody offered a taxi to call him, all the more to take him back home on an ambulance. The canes or crutches were not given either. He says: "Having reached the house, I just fell, I could only move on on my knees."
“All patients we wrote out that day, 15 people were in satisfactory condition. And Dmitry, too, was planned to write it out in the coming days, ”says Sergey Besvonov, head of the Sosnovsky hospital.
According to him, an internal order was executed from the Priozersky MB in the clinic.
“Our main contingent is persons over 65 years old, and it was prudently decided to close the hospital for quarantine.
We are now closed. All patients left on their own, ”the head states.
Dmitry gradually comes to his senses. I had to spend money on medicines, my legs gradually begin to obey. Roma's friend carries to St. Petersburg to an osteopath, helped with products. The local district police officer who was bypassing the territory brought him a one -time mask. The legal organization "Human Rights Cards" volunteered to help with a lawyer.
“Due to the spread of the COVID-19, in the framework of extensive restrictive measures in the Leningrad region, prohibitions on the planned hospitalization of patients were introduced,” explains Alena Borisova, “with the exception of patients from a list of serious diseases, for example with tuberculosis, HIV, and malignant tumors. However, it is separately clarified that there is no ban on the planned hospitalization of people with other diseases, if the delay in the provision of medical care may entail a threat to their health. In the Leningrad region, the so -called quarantine of hospitals was introduced on March 30 with a separate decree of the regional government. And Dmitry was discharged on March 20. That is, it is generally not clear on what grounds; Who made the decision to discharge, why they decided that the premature extract does not threaten his health. ”
The press service of the Leningrad Region reported that the regional Komzdrav conducts an audit at the request of Dmitry Dymnikov. In addition to him, no one complained to the doctors who had to quarantine the hospital ahead of schedule and who sent patients “in satisfactory condition” to hive home.
By the way
The first message about the identification of coronavirus in Sosnovo appeared on April 1. At the moment, it is known about two infected.
Since the beginning of April, patients with Covid-19 began to re-profile one of the Corps of the Priozersky MB. Patients there should begin to send from the middle of this week.
Meanwhile
We do not accept without certificates. We do not issue certificates
Not only in the Leningrad region, but also in St. Petersburg, patients with various diagnoses were faced with difficulties in obtaining medical care in an epidemic and restrictive measures. Since March 24, the city has an order of the chief sanitary doctor on the ban on outpatient admission and planned treatment in hospitals. After a day, a list of exceptions appeared in which cancer, diabetes, hypertension, HIV, tuberculosis, hepatitis, cholera, plague and a number of diseases.
Petersburgers quite steadfastly tolerate restrictions. In the apparatus of the Commissioner for Human Rights, they noted that they received only two complaints related to the non -ordering of medical care. The man asked for explanations of what would happen to his money, already given for teeth prosthetics. The second appeal came from the blockade of Maya Alexandrovna. From the Cardiological Department of the Hospital of War Veterans in early April, it was discharged ahead of schedule. The 80-year-old woman was lying more for prevention, but still the announcement of the extract immediately after breakfast surprised her, and the acute bronchitis, picked up on the last day of hospitalization, was even more upset. The hospital is re -profiled to receive patients with signs of acute respiratory viral infections and pneumonia.
“A lot of people are now complaining that they do not accept cancer patients without certificates that they do not have a coronavirus,” Nadezhda Maruseva, chairman of the St. Petersburg Regional Branch of the “League of Patient Defenders”, told the “new”.
- From patients they require a certificate no older than two days from the date of delivery of the analysis. So quickly the test simply cannot be done.
Over five to six days, the results come in private clinics, in two to three weeks-in state clinics. People do not know what to do, our patient chats are clogged with requests for help. ”
Petersburger Anastasia Levina also faced this problem. The new rule in the oncostationers was introduced on April 8. Shortly before that, a patient, whose wife was ill with coronavirus, got into the dispensary in Pesopochnaya for the operation. He himself, fortunately, did not become infected. But this became known after the operation.
“I am a patient of the city oncological dispensary on the birch alley. On April 8, I had to begin planned hospitalization in the day hospital, it was necessary to undergo a course of chemotherapy. But I was refused a reception without a certificate, ”says Anastasia. -The fact that she was needed, I found out the day before and on April 7 took the analysis in the 109th district clinic. But there they told me that the certificate will be only after 14 days. More precisely, they explained as follows: all the results come first to the comzrav. If the test is positive, a person is notified and hospitalized, if negative, the certificate returns back to the clinic. But while she is transported back and forth, two weeks pass, and she is already invalid for hospitalization in the oncocenter. ”
