The Prosecutor General will check the inclusion of the bookmaker in the list of system -forming enterprises

The Prosecutor General’s Office will check the inclusion of bookmaker companies in the list of applicants for state support in the context of the Pandemia of Coronavirus, the press service of the department said .

The order to give legal assessment has already been sent to the Ministry of Economic Development, which is responsible for the formation of a list of organizations to be included in the list, taking into account the existing criteria.

• The department does not call a specific company, but we are talking about the Fonbet bookmaker. The Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov justified his hit on the list with “objective indicators” in employment and taxes and indicated that it did not give direct access to the state -owned manner on the list.
• Last week, the government clarified the criteria for classifying companies as system -forming. Now Fonbet will not enter it.
