Vologda court districts received two cases of “fake news” about coronavirus

The judicial districts of Vologda received two administrative cases about “fake news” about the coronavirus (part 9 of article 13.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This is reported by the "Joint press service of the courts of the Vologda region".

The first case will be considered by the judicial district No. 63. According to the protocol, a 19-year-old local resident posted a voice message on a social network: “Two hundred people are questionable whether they are infected or not. Two hundred people got sick. This is in Cherepovets. We have only 12 people in Vologda infected.”

The second case was received by precinct No. 3. A local resident will be tried for publishing that in a polyclinic a woman who, according to the author of the post, is sick with coronavirus, “swept the whole floor with blood.”
