There are no regions left in Russia without coronavirus

The first case of coronavirus infection was registered in the Altai Republic. This was the last region where the disease had not been discovered until today, Interfax reports.

The government of the republic said that coronavirus was diagnosed in a resident of the Ongudai district, who was visited by relatives from the neighboring region.

Over the past 24 hours, 3,448 new cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Russia in 78 regions, and 34 people have died. In total, 27,938 cases of coronavirus have been registered in the country in 84 regions, 232 patients have died, and 2,304 people have recovered.

During the pandemic, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation recommended that doctors consider any case of acute respiratory viral infection as suspicious for coronavirus.

Yandex has launched testing for coronavirus at home. At the first stage, Moscow residents over 65 years of age will be able to take the test. When there are more tests in laboratories, people of other ages and from other regions will have the opportunity to take the test.
