At half past eight in the morning, on the second day of operation of the throughput system, there are no traffic jams on the entrance. The traffic police work at the post in masks, gloves, stop the cars. A pass was added to the standard set of documents. Someone has it in paper form, someone on the phone. They stop taxi drivers, if the taxi driver takes the passenger, he also checks the presence of a pass. All employees were given out special smartphones.

The work schedule is from seven in the morning and seven in the evening. The car is constantly coming from the management and checks the work of employees. Today there are no traffic jams, not all the cars stop, selectively.

All the time, while we are on duty, not a single person comes across without a pass. Therefore, the issues of employees turn out to be traditional: to tinting glasses, to dirty numbers. During the time, while we are here, all with passes.

- On Wednesday there were those who had no passes, we stopped them and asked to make a pass right then on the spot. Those who refused were deployed home. But basically they did everything, ”says one of the employees while there is a minute. - The procedure took about 15-20 minutes maximum. The traffic jam was formed due to the fact that yesterday everyone was checked, rights, passport, electronic number in passing for compliance. In a good way, it should be, it should be right, but today we were told to check selectively so as not to create traffic jams. Many people continue to go to work. Of course, the roads are unloaded, but the main highways, such as the enthusiasts or Leningradskoye highway, will still not get rid of traffic jams, even there are many accidents on the roads.

- How has the work of the police changed after tightening measures to self -isolation?

- Capital police officers conduct a set of events,
aimed at identifying and suppressing offenses committed by citizens related to the introduced regime of self -isolation. The city has increased the number of outfits. At all entrances to the city are outfits of traffic police, which carry out continuous control over the movement of vehicles, as well as the fulfillment by citizens of self -isolation requirements. In case of violation of the established restrictions, citizens are brought to administrative liability established by law.

- What measures took the Ministry of Internal Affairs to protect their employees?

- Police officers are provided with all the necessary protective equipment - masks, gloves, disinfectors. Also, daily on the briefings, before intercession for service, employees bring information about the necessary measures to comply with personal hygiene, safety and social distance.

- How deep does the population understand the features of the police during the self -isolation regime?

- Citizens with understanding relate to the activities of police officers and fulfill their legal requirements. Since the beginning of the introduced regime of increased readiness in the capital of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow, it has been conducting large -scale work aimed at effective prevention of the spread of a viral infection among citizens. Every day, police continue to patrol the streets and public places of the city. Politely and correctly resemble and urge citizens to observe the regime of self -isolation. In case of detecting violators of the specified regime, police officers bring them to the liability established by law.

- Do you often hear a negative reaction of citizens?

- No, every citizen must understand that, neglecting established restrictions, he endanates not only himself and his family members, but also the life and the health of other citizens. They would like to once again express gratitude to the inhabitants of the capital for their consciousness.

- Are there any violators of the self -isolation regime in recent days?
