On April 16, the security forces came to the participant of the Crimean Solidarity movement, Alexander Gavrikov. This was reported on the movement's Facebook page.

Employees of the criminal investigation department came to Gavrikov's house, conducted a survey and handed him a warning. The security officials were interested, in particular, whether the activist had relatives abroad, with whom he lives, what sources of income, whether there is a registered weapon at home.

Alexander Gavrikov wanted to refuse to testify, this possibility is provided for by Article 51 of the Constitution. However, the employee of the criminal investigation responded that in this case Gavrikov would be called to the department or they would come to his house again early in the morning. The activist was forced to sign a warning that on May 3, 5 and 18 he would not participate in public events, including the March of Dignity.

In the summer of 2019, Alexander Gavrikov was detained on appeal in the Bakhchisarai case of Hizb ut-Tahrir and then fined 20,000 rubles.
In April 2020, Crimean Solidarity streamer Nariman Temirkaliev was also given a similar warning from the police.
Four people are involved in the Hizb ut-Tahrir Bakhchisarai case; in December 2018, they were sentenced on charges of involvement in terrorist activities. The reason for this was participation in the Islamic party Hizb ut-Tahrir, which is recognized as a terrorist organization in Russia. The Sova information and analytical center considers the ban unlawful, since its Russian supporters were not seen in calls for violence.
