Passengers should include their numbers in their digital passes at least five hours before the trip.
- When traveling by personal car, you need to include his license plate in the pass at least five hours before the start of the first trip. Otherwise, drivers will be fined.

Sobyanin also noted that "a week ago, Moscow medical institutions worked at the limit, and today they moved into a more normal regime with a good supply of capacities." According to the mayor, after introducing the access regime, traveling around the city by transport was reduced by more than half a million people.
The introduction from April 15 has created difficulties for many volunteers and NPO employees who provide assistance in different areas of Moscow. Some volunteers were able to get electronic passes, others still do not know how to take permission to move around the city.
