Individual entrepreneurs who stopped work in March 2020 became more by 77.2% compared to March 2019, Interfax writes with reference to the FNS data. In absolute numbers, these are 66.8 thousand versus 37.7 thousand IPs, or about 2% of the registered in Russia.

In January-February, the dynamics was slightly above zero-an increase of only 0.3%: 118.1 thousand entrepreneurs were stopped against 117.7 thousand. But at the expense of March, for the first quarter of 2020, the number of closed IP reached 185.1 thousand, which exceeded the previous year by 19.1%.
In March, the number of newly registered individual entrepreneurs also decreased - 119.1 thousand of them, 13.4% less than in March 2019.
