A court in Vladikavkaz arrested 14 participants in an unsanctioned rally against the self-isolation regime. This was reported to Interfax by the joint press service of the courts of general jurisdiction in North Ossetia.
Cases are considered under articles on disobedience to the demand of a police officer (part 1 of article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and the organization of a mass stay of citizens in public places that entailed a violation of order (article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
Depending on the article, the rally participants were sentenced to 3 to 15 days of arrest.
At the same time, the press service clarified that on April 22, the courts of Vladikavkaz will continue to make decisions on other participants in the action "as materials become available."
