
Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin signed a decree that orders to observe the self-isolation regime at home not only to patients with a confirmed diagnosis of Covid-19, but also to people with suspicion of coronavirus and any SARS. Set the compliance with their regime by geolocation.
"In order to monitor compliance with the self -isolation (isolation) regime, at home, on the appointment of medical organizations of the state healthcare system of the city of Moscow or in accordance with the resolutions of sanitary doctors, apply the electronic monitoring of the location of a citizen in a certain geolocation, including using technical devices and (or) software," the decree said.
At the same time, it is allowed to visit medical organizations, including by transport, for which you need to get a digital pass. The self -isolation regime applies to everyone who lives along with citizens with manifestations of SARS and coronavirus, but they are allowed to go to the nearest store, walk domestic animals near the house, take out garbage. They can also come out if necessary, emergency medical care and other threat to life and health.
"When moving in such cases, the use of vehicles is not allowed, with the exception of movement in order to receive medical care in medical organizations on the basis of a designed digital pass," the decree said.
Sobyanin allowed notaries to return to work with the same document. Notary offices are excluded from the list of organizations whose work in Moscow is suspended due to coronavirus.
