The previously submitted documents proved that torture, murder and subsequent mockery of the corpse were committed in Syria by Russian citizens. However, so far neither the Russian prosecutor’s office nor the Investigative Committee has shown interest in this crime. We were able to get a more complete version of the video on which the reprisal is captured. Perhaps the new data will convince law enforcement officers that a crime has been committed against humanity, to which the subordinates of Alexander Bastrykin are obliged to respond. We were also able to get photos of several participants and turn to our readers with a request to help establish their individuals, and we call one of these personalities ourselves.
