Leninsky, Promyshlenny and Sovetsky district courts of Vladikavkaz considered eight more cases of participants in the rally in Vladikavkaz. This was reported by Krylya TV with reference to the joint press service of the courts of general jurisdiction.
As stated in the release, five people were arrested for a period of two to 15 days, and three participants in the rally were fined one thousand rubles.
The courts heard cases of disobedience to the demands of a police officer (Part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and the organization of the simultaneous presence of citizens in public places, which resulted in a violation of public order (Article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
Earlier in Vladikavkaz, 14 rally participants were arrested for a period of three to 15 days.
