The court decided that Bilbao posted deliberately false publicly significant information under the guise of reliable.

Bilbao posted a video on April 14 asking them to help doctors after the regional authorities appealed for all possible assistance from “all caring residents” (later the appeal was rewritten to the address of entrepreneurs and enterprises, volunteers of the shelter report ).
