The Leninsky District Court of Yekaterinburg dismissed the administrative case against Yuri Kuzminykh, ex-coordinator of Navalny's local headquarters. This is reported by the "Apology of Protest".
On April 21, the police drew up a protocol against the Kuzmins under an article on repeated violation of the rules for participation in public events (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). According to the protocol published by Apology of Protest, Kuzminykh on the page of Navalny’s local headquarters “in order to agitate and attract citizens to participate in an unauthorized mass event in the form of a rally, the purpose of which was to express an opinion in favor of the resignation of the governor of the Sverdlovsk region E. V. Kuyvashev, posted video “Rally against Kuyvashev in the swamp?”, “Navalny's headquarters in Yekaterinburg”, “Rally on June 16 in the swamp? We refuse and go to court“, to view an indefinite circle of people ...”.
The event itself never took place. The court refused to take the side of the police and decided not to bring the Kuzmins to administrative responsibility.
