Electronic passes will be introduced in another 21 regions. First, these will be Kostroma, Tula, Tambov, Yaroslavl, Vladimir, Belgorod and Oryol regions. Then another 14 regions of the Volga region, Siberia, the Far East and the North Caucasus will be added (which regions are not reported in the message of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications).

Doctors continue to become infected with coronavirus en masse. In St. Petersburg, probablyhundreds of patients and doctors became infected at the Federal Center for Traumatology and Orthopedics. There are 700 people quarantined inside. 60 doctors fell ill in the Lyubertsy hospital - the doctors complained to the management to the FSB .

It seems that antimalarial drugs still do not help cope with the coronavirus. A recent study conducted in the United States showed that hydroxychloroquine, one of the promising drugs according to the World Health Organization, may even worsen the condition of patients . However, this is not the ultimate truth: the study is criticized for the fact that it only gave the drug to patients in very serious condition. Again, the Federal Medical and Biological Agency of Russia assures that most patients who are given another drug for malaria of the same type - mefloquine - are on the mend . We talked about “Russian Sweden” - the Yaroslavl region, where the authorities did not impose strict quarantine. True, as a result, the number of cases there began to grow , and the authorities began to think about new bans.

In the Vladimir region, ventilators were purchased for three hospitals, the expiration date of which expired 15 years ago. At first it turned out that such devices were bought for hospital No. 6 in Vladimir - and with the money of the richest State Duma deputy Grigory Anikeev . Then it turned out that the same devices were bought for hospitals in Kovrov and Murom .

A plan has emerged according to which restaurants will start operating after quarantine . First, small establishments will be allowed to open , and if the number of patients in the region decreases, large ones will too. According to Dozhd's source, in the worst case, the quarantine will be lifted in June . There is no other confirmation of this information.

The owner of S7 airline Vladislav Filev believes that international air traffic will resume only in April 2021. He believes that in the first wave of the epidemic a limited number of people will become infected and in the second wave the authorities will have to reintroduce restrictions .
