The head of the Military Medical Academy in St. Petersburg was removed from his post: more fifty cadets were infected with coronavirus

At the Kirov Military Medical Academy in St. Petersburg, it was infected with coronavirus pneumonia either 50 cadets or seventy, or even more-the university did not name the exact number. Are there any cases among officers, teachers and doctors in the clinics of VMA, how many of them are completely equated with military secrets. But the most amazing is the stories of employees and cadets about how military doctors opposed infections.

Working with GOSTAYA in the VMA is well set, so the data on the disease could not at all led from there. But the relatives and friends of the cadets became agitated and began to share excitement with the press. When they were quoted by the St. Petersburg Fontanka, the Ministry of Defense recognized the problem: “During the in -depth medical examination and testing ... Cadets of the faculty of training of doctors for foreign armies revealed the presence of a new coronaviral infection,” the military department quoted TASS.

And even after this deputy head of the university in interaction with authorities, Sergei Andenko, in a conversation with the “new”, in principle, denied that someone was sick at the Academy, assuring that only a few carriers of coronavirus were revealed.

The exact number of cases of coronavirus pneumonia and carriers of infection in VMA was not called. But they did not forget to add that “infected military personnel were not involved in rehearsals of the Victory Parade (later canceled). It is officially known that the cadets of the Foreign Faculty and "55 more cadets of other faculties" were infected.

Everything, the military department assures, tolerates the disease easily and even asymptomatic.

As the “new” employee of the university told (the name is known to the editorial office, but the interlocutor asked him not to call it), everything began with the arrangement of the infectious department at the academy. Under him, according to the teacher, the premises of the department and clinic of skin and sexually transmitted diseases were re -profiled. And since the end of March, everyone who complained about elevated temperature and catarrhal phenomena was hospitalized there. The number of patients seemed to grow, so infectious beds had to be placed everywhere - up to the training classes. Information is confirmed by photographs that cadets and university employees have already distributed over the network.

Basically, in the new infectious department were cadets of the 5th faculty-foreign citizens. At some point, it turned out that one of them had a positive test for coronavirus. According to the interlocutor of the “new”, the cadet had already been discharged by this time, that is, not only the inhabitants of the clinic could become infected, but also those with whom the young man managed to finish “in the wild”.

The clinic and the department were quarantined. The faculty has already been sitting home in self-isolation, because since the end of March, study was remote. And the medical staff, which ended up at work at the time of “h”, when the result came, was in charge. At the same time, they allowed everyone to go for things, and some were allowed to stay at home.

In the clinic, five doctors and six nurses remained on quarantine. They are on duty for a day - a day here rest.

Meanwhile, the Victory Parade was approaching, which was not yet canceled.

The self -isolation regime, which was already firmly established in the country, did not interfere with rehearsal at all - it does not deny this and the Ministry of Defense.

Until April 7, one of the cadets who participated in rehearsals (the name is known) told the New ”, young people were sitting home and studying remotely. And then everyone was called to the academy and began to carry buses to the training ground in Levashov.

“The cadets came to the academy or went immediately to Levashovo, where all the participants in the parade gathered, several thousand people,” a “new” girlfriend of one of the guys told. “They came there in masks, homemade or medical, but during training on the orders of the authorities they shot them so that there was uniformity.”

For convenience and again, uniformity, as well as for the purpose of “prevention of coronavirus infection diseases” (spelling of the original is preserved), on April 9, the deputy head of the VMA Sergey Bunin signed an indication to transfer everyone who was supposed to participate in the parade, to the barracks and “put on all types of allowance”.

“Cadets studied remotely before, that is, they lived at home and walked around the city,” the future military physician shares with the “new”. - Before the settlement in the location, they did not pass the period of two -week self -isolation. We can assume that a new large team was formed from people who have arrived from the city. ”

At the same time, military doctors, of course, took care of personal protective equipment, as without them.

“Before moving to distance learning, the cadets were set to sew on several gauze bandages themselves in order to subsequently transfer them to their heads of courses,” says the interlocutor of “New”. -From these reserves, we received 1-2 masks in the location. That is, these masks have been in our hands for about three weeks. New ones are not given, they offer to wash the old ones. ”

Perhaps the cadet is confusing something: the news has been published on the VMA website that beautiful innovative masks, reusable-they can be disinfected, glasses do not fog in them, they are selected exactly in size-they print here, at the Academy, on a 3D printer. And they do not sew at all from gauze. For the prevention of infection, young people, says another cadet, gave out drops in the nose.

“Two containers for 61 people,” he complains. - That is, one container of 30 people. The thirtieth shoved drops in his nose, which had used 29 people before him. ”

Eating was organized in a common dining room, which is one and a half kilometers from the barracks. And three times a day, according to our interlocutor, from one and a half to two thousand people went this path with a dense system, ate in the same hall and marched back.

“They began to get sick, as we think, because of the mixing of people in the dining room,” the cadet-medical suggests. “Roughly speaking, yesterday we ate at the same tables with foreigners, and tomorrow they have a flash.”

The outbreak among foreigners lying in the classrooms of the skin-venereological department became known on April 15. And on the 16th it turned out that the parade no longer needs to rehearse, President Putin canceled it. The barracks were installed in the barracks, but two more days, the cadet claims, the young people continued to go to the dining room and back.

They closed it on April 19.

A one -time dishes are not supposed to be supplied to the future military for eating; they are prudently given the pots.

Now there is an order from these pots.

“The food is delivered to the location, all nine floors of cadets are rushed up and down, dragging pots, contact each other,” complains a friend of one of the young people.

To establish the filling of pots from the military, the cadets say, it did not work out right away.

“On the first day, KamAZ arrived with food, we did not have enough,” says one of them. - The officer sent the guys back with the words: "Fifth, sixth year, there is no food for you, return to the location." Formation of the territory is prohibited, there is no way to get to the store. ”

But the very next day, it objects to another cadet, food was organized without interruptions. “The quality of food is acceptable, just in the first time the portions were slightly less than usual,” he says. And after a day, according to the young man, the Academy still tried to minimize the contacts between the eating.

“On the territory of the hostel, premises are now allocated for the power of cadets in faculties,” he explains. - That is, we again eat in the impromptu canteens, the only difference is that one stream of people was able to divide into several. Now we can contact with cadets of other courses only within the framework of one faculty. Faculties do not encounter each other. ”

All young people passed express tests to coronavirus. The interlocutor of Novaya says that he still does not know his result, but the Ministry of Defense, we repeat, confirmed that the infected people were found. On Wednesday, April 22, it became known that the Ministry of Defense commission arrived in the VMA to understand how military doctors allowed the Covid outbreak. The head of the VMA, Major General of the Medical Service, Alexander Fisun, according to Dr. Peter, was removed from office.

In order to confirm or refute the amazing stories about the actions of military doctors, the “new” sent a request to the Ministry of Defense: how exactly the residence and nutrition of cadets in quarantine were organized, what means of prevention and in what quantity they provided young people and so on.

Infected military personnel are isolated in stationary conditions of the infectious department of the Academy.
