The home of Ufa resident Ilmira Bikbaeva was searched in connection with providing financial support to the mother of Bashkir oppositionist Airat Dilmukhametov, who is accused of calling for separatism and extremism. She talks about this on Echo of Moscow.
she said They came to her with a search early in the morning of April 21. According to the woman, a local police officer called the apartment and said that he was checking the neighbors’ complaint about noise. Bikbaeva’s husband opened the door, and several FSB officers entered.
“The search lasted until 9 am,” Echo reports the words of the pensioner. “They took my phone, a broken laptop, bank cards, checked all the books, opened all the closets, linens, photographs, wallets, gutted my personal bag, looked in the refrigerator, felt everything. In the bag they found a notebook with passwords for websites and government services, everything was confiscated, including flash drives with work documents.”
The security forces had the court's permission to search with them. After this, Bikbaeva was taken to the FSB for interrogation. It is not reported what specific criminal case we are talking about. The woman connected the search with the fact that during 2018–2019 she donated six thousand rubles to Dilmukhametov’s mother. “She was left without a livelihood, how could she not help,” the woman concluded on air.
According to Ekho Moskvy, several dozen people are going to be charged in the criminal case in which Bikbaeva became a defendant.
