- I was completely calmly fired without any obstacles. There is only no one to work. I understand that there is no one to work, but working in such a situation is not to respect myself. I think that now there is no one to work everywhere in the city, and I am ready to go to any place where there are normal conditions. We, in fact, went here ... We were deceived. We were told that everything was ready in the department, and they said: "Write down." We signed up. And nurses, and nurses, and doctors from my department have repeatedly said that they were ready to go to work with the whole department. We are ready to work, but do not specially infect us. I believe that what they do here is a special infection. Just like in the Alexander Hospital. - What should, in your opinion, should do the administration of the hospital to correct this situation?

- First of all, the administration should come to the place and see how it is done. In order to separate the "clean" and "dirty" zones, there is no large means or a big mind. For this, two carpenters are enough and, roughly speaking, the rolon of the film. In order for the medical staff not to be, it is not cooked in the same boiler with patients. We have not boxed chambers, but to separate the separation from the location of the medical staff is quite real. When the nurse is constantly 24 hours a day at the post, it is impossible to make it so that it does not become infected. It is necessary to make 4- or 6-hour shifts, when the nurse is completely put on her clothes, she helps to fasten everything, and she goes to work. Then she comes out from there. A special person processes it - helps to remove this costume, and the next nurse replaces it. So it turns out that we immediately eat in the same boiler, we immediately go to the toilet. The dressing of these costumes turns simply into an empty waste of time, because it is all right away with patients. Not a single epidemiologist whom I demanded from the very beginning of our work had never put my nose to us. In peaceful life, they go and check where there is dust at an altitude of three meters, and in a situation of war they cannot come and check. I was ready to work. I am ready to be at risk, going to the sick, but I am not ready to be at risk when the authorities do not respect me so much that I think that you can infect me and there is nothing wrong with that.

- The work of doctors in such conditions will not lead to the fact that many will leave the profession?

I understand that if I leave now, then they will treat them either a neurologist, or an optometrist, or someone else

- You know, most of the doctors went to work at the call of the heart, and not because it was a bread specialty. We love our work. We are ready to help people. The children from the first day, when we were only transferred, said: "Mom, leave - life is more expensive." I explain to them that I cannot leave: Behind my shoulders is a department. How can I afford to leave? When only covid patients were laid to me, we did not sign anything, again the children say to me: "Mom, go away." And they brought me severe patients serious in cardiology. They suffer from the mass of any cardiological problems. I understand that if I leave now, then a neurologist, or an optometrist, or someone else will treat them. I stayed because it was really very difficult with them from a cardiological point of view. I was forced to stay to help these patients. I did not refuse to work. I am ready to work, but so that I am protected so that I can work longer, and not fall on a par with my colleagues, who either get at home quietly, or get very difficult, being on the tanning. I believe that this is a big crime - that in the city it is not known how much medical staff is already sick. If this crazy figure was known, then maybe all these grandparents and citizens who walk would have thought how difficult it is and how real people are dying. They die very hard. Watching how people die from this disease, it is very difficult.

- Promised payments - if you can achieve them - do not comfort?

- No, this is not so. 137 doctors - the figure was announced by the head of the Botkin Hospital. I can say right away, because I communicate with many, there are mostly doctors. The nurse was no longer taken there. That is, the segregation has already been carried out, in my opinion, indecent. Nurses were taken to other hospitals. So many health workers fell ill, although we still try to observe all precautions. In our hospital today there are more than 40 employees. The departments in which the employees lay were opened in the Alexander Hospital, in the 4th hospital. In almost all hospitals, this is done. So 137 are only those who lie in the Botkin hospital. And how many of them who are sitting at home? Many got sick and did not go anywhere. Understanding, in general, sufficient hopelessness surrender to medicine. You see, here either pan or disappeared.
