The Governor of the Altai Territory Viktor Tomenko decided to introduce unlimited quarantine in the Zmeinogorsk district, his press service reports. In the district there is the city of Zmenionoogrsk (about 10 thousand inhabitants) and eight village councils (about 10 thousand people).

“In the territory of the Zmeinogorsk district, indefinite quarantine will be introduced today. The regime will be tightened against the one that is today, ”Tomenko promised. - A very important point: we prohibit the entry and departure from the Zmeinogorsk region. In JSC “Siberia-Polymetals”, the quarantine regime will be established especially hard. ”

In the area, the work of all companies will be suspended for two weeks, including those whose activities were allowed by a resolution of the regional government. At the same time, those industries whose work, Russian President Vladimir Putin did not prohibit in his decree “On Non -Working Days” of April 2, will continue activities.

“The restrictions will be affected by all residents of the Zmeinogorsk district: it is forbidden to leave the house except for a number of cases such as emergency emergency medical care, going to the nearest pharmacy or the nearest pharmacy point, the nearest retail shopping store for food and essential goods, pets walking near the house within 100 meters, the removal of household waste, as well as the need to care for the care of Incapibility or limitedly capable persons, the government noted. - In addition, a ban on entering the Zmeinogorsky district and departure from the district is introduced. For a short time, residents of the district will be given the opportunity to return home from outside. In those cases, if residents of other areas want to leave the Zmeinogorsk district, during a short period they will be allowed to leave, subject to mandatory self -isolation after arrival at the place of residence. ”

Transit of transport through the district will be completely closed. Entry only on special passes.

Recall that Koronavirus was suspected of more than 50 employees of the Korbalikhinsky mine of Siberia-Polimallai JSC in the Zmeinogorsk district. Earlier, the authorities refused to close the enterprise after 37 cases of infection confirmed there.

In some regions, the regime has already been extended, in others they resume the work of some companies.

The authorities did not introduce an emergency regime, which allows business and residents to suspend obligations in connection with force majeure. The state did not provide direct financial assistance to citizens limited to credit holidays, the possibility of interest -free loans for paying salaries, deferred fines and penalties for delaying payments for housing and communal services. Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin, for example, said : "Budgets are cracked, they will not even be able to provide a healthcare system and so on."
