The Directors Club invites you to an online meeting

The discussion platform for business leaders and owners will hold an April online session “How to think and act in situations of chaos and uncertainty? Experienced Tips!

Our country has been in a state of permanent change for the last 30 years. There have been several generations of businessmen who have lived through all these changes of different scales, having managed to maintain their business. Some of them not only preserved, but increased, developed their companies, sometimes even successfully changed the industry and the specifics of their activities.

Probably, there is no ready-made recipe for how to think and act in situations of chaos, but the general situation in the company depends on the psychological attitude of the director, his behavioral vector and the motive to decide and take action.

Accept chaos or manage chaos? How can a manager make managerial decisions in a situation of uncertainty? Where to find internal resources and how to turn on self-motivation? Survival benchmarking - does it exist?
