Against the former vice president of Rosneft from the Titov list resumed the case

The Tver court of Moscow allowed the prosecutor’s office to cancel the termination of the fraud case against the former Rosneft top manager Anatoly Loktionov, writes RBC.

The document referred to by RBC is dated to November 2019. In January, the decision was approved by the Moscow City Court. The court rejected Loktionovo's appeal.

Loktionov is a participant in the so -called "List of Boris Titov." Two years ago, the business ombudsman introduced about 30 entrepreneurs who left the country due to criminal prosecution, but who wanted to return.

Loktionov returned to Russia in the fall of 2018. The resumed case was now terminated a year ago. Titov then said that "justice triumphed fully."

The criminal case four years ago opened the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Krasnodar. It says that employees of the Stroyklass company controlled by the shareholder of the construction company DB Development Dmitry Garkushi 6.65 million rubles, which he invested in the construction of the High Core in Anapa. The businessman himself claimed that he returned this money.

Loktionov worked as a vice president of Rosneft from 1998 to 2004. Then he took up his own business.
