The patient was brought to the covid hospital already in a coma, and the death message appeared only a week later. On April 24, the Ministry of Health of the Rostov Region confirmed that the first death of the patient with a coronary infection was recorded in Rostov: in a hospital deployed on the basis of the Central City Hospital, a Chinese citizen died on April 17. His name was Zhang Zunfan, he was 34 years old and he practiced adaptive physical education.

“He helped many children with cerebral palsy, including children from Russia. I was in his Beijing, he worked like that with my child that the boy began to crawl, then sit. When all this horror with coronavirus began in China, he asked us, mothers who maintained contact with him, help to leave the country, ”says Oksana Krivosheev, who took all the sad troubles after Dr. Zhang’s death. - I'll tell you everything. The fact that Zhang had to endure here is horror. ”

From Beijing, Dr. Zhang was literally evacuated - he managed at the last moment. One of the grateful mothers sheltered him in Moscow on February 2. But realizing that Koronavirus was covering the capital, Dr. Zhang called Oksana and asked for asylum in southern Russia. “I gladly accepted him. You can’t even imagine how many people he helped! I have two houses on my site, in one I settled Zhang. The translator Catherine arrived with him, ”says Rostov, Rostov.

The fourth of his temperature rose very much, we knocked it down, and in the morning we called an ambulance and went to the CGB. ”

At the CGB, Zhang Zunfen was not found suspicious pneumonia, bronchitis was diagnosed - “pneumonia in question”. There is no information about the conduct of tests on the COVID-19, the computer tomograms of the chest organs, the x-ray. The Chinese tourist at the height of the self -isolation regime was sent to hospital No. 6, where by that time they began to bring all patients with pneumonia.

At that time, Oksana with a frightened Chinese and his translator did not yet know where they were going.

The fact is that on April 5, the result of the test on the “crown” of the patient of the therapeutic department came to hospital No. 6 - positive.

“On Saturday and Sunday, a lot of people were received once,” recalls one of the patients of the department Victoria Sh. (Her medical documents are at the disposal of the editorial office). - Before that, I “treated bronchitis” for two weeks at home until I did CT, and she showed me “light pneumonia”. I was hospitalized on the 4th day, the day before the Chinese. They placed in a two -seater ward, said that doctors would come on Monday, they would take blood. They did not make a covid test, although I asked. And on Sunday evening, we realized that something happened: they looked into the corridor-and there the "green little men" (people in anti -chom costumes) take some woman from the ward. Before that, we have not seen doctors in such costumes. On the same day, April 5, we all hastily took the covid tests. In the morning we wake up, but no one! No staff! We then decided that they were just running out ... "

This is evidenced by other patients of the department.

In a statement by the head of the working group to counteract the distribution of coronavirus infection under the plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in the Southern Federal District Leonid Belyak, this situation is described as follows: “droppers are sometimes placed by volunteers (students of medical universities), residents work without gloves and extremely rarely go into wards to patients. The medical institution violates all unsanitary norms: there are no disposable dishes; There are no cleaning in wards and toilets and garbage is not carried out; There is no disinfection at all. ”

After a confirmed case of coronaviral infection, the therapeutic department of the 6th hospital was quarantined along with patients and doctors, and later a criminal case was opened under Part 1 of Art. 236 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Violation of sanitary and epidemiological rules."

Victoria says that she saw Dr. Zhang on Sunday. She remembered a large leather suitcase with which the man came to the hospital. But a few days later they learned that the patient screaming in the ward was the same Chinese.

“There were cries from the corridor, then I still did not understand who was bad, she was in a feverish state, the consciousness is vague,” says her neighbor Anna. - If I am not mistaken, on April 8, I went out into the corridor and heard the conversation of a nurse or an intern with doctors. He talked about the translator, that the patient complains through her, that he was bad, that he was suffocating. "

Oksana shows this correspondence: Zhang wrote to the translator in Chinese.

“I can no longer. Every day I feel bad, in the evening I can’t fall asleep, during the day too. Hruck with blood. Ask the boss to know from the head physician why no one is cheating on anything (treatment), I got worse. What to do, ”Oksana reads a translation from Chinese.

The Russian woman did what she could, but Dr. Zhang was seriously unlucky in Russia: he entered the 6th Rostov hospital in the midst of the scandal with the detection of coronavirus.

Several patients at once say that the medical students began to put them at 6 o’clock in the evening, and the second-after 3 hours. Everyone, including Dr. Zhang, was put the same thing - Ceftriaxone. He did not help the doctor.

“They were generally afraid to come to Zhang. His first Coronavirus test was negative. I called to everyone I could, complained, asked him to help. After all, it was ordinary pneumonia - not viral, but bacterial. I was told about this by doctors whom I began to connect from other cities. They looked at his tests and pictures, ”says Oksana, showing entire consultations in messengers.

“I did not think that such a simple question of the local hospital brought to this,” wrote Dr. Zhang to his translator. “Usually in the hospital it becomes better in three days.” He apparently had in mind the Chinese hospital.

Upon learning that the Cornavirus test is negative, the man perked up: “Now their hospital can change the method of treatment. Previously, they were afraid that I would infect them, now they can already begin to boldly use medicines. ” He hoped that they would cope with the usual pneumonia in the Russian hospital, and tried to help his colleagues: standing in front of the mirror, recorded a video on which he showed where he was hurt, and even circled the left hypochondrium with a ballpoint pen-he sent to the translator, that to the doctors.

On the night of April 8, Zhang became very bad, he phoned the translator and tried to explain what was happening, but, according to Oksana, it was difficult to make out his speech.

“What really happened to him, we still do not know. The hemoptysis, which began on the 7th day, after the injection, stopped. But he felt bad, ”she says. -I contacted the doctors of the 6th hospital, and I was told literally:

Your doctor is a panic, he exaggerates everything. And at this time he moaned so that he heard the whole department. ”

The frightened patients began to record what was happening on smartphones, for which they still got to catch up with doctors. Say, this is unethical.

Patients began to call different hot lines; We got to the Presidential President’s Embassy in the Southern Federal District. After that, Tatyana Bykovskaya, Minister of Health of the Rostov Region, contacted the quarantine department by patients, who tried to reassure them.

“She said that the patient simply does not speak Russian and so calls the doctors. But I can distinguish when a person groans in pain, and when he tries to say something, ”Victoria is indignant.

“I asked doctors, turn it over, is it dangerous? They either did not answer me anything, or calmed it, ”says Oksana and even calls the name of the doctor with whom she spoke: Yashina Irina Dmitrievna. And on April 8, he was transferred to intensive care.

Victoria recalls how it was:

“He screamed, we asked students to help. He needs to do a second X -ray, but they cannot raise it. ”

In serious condition, Dr. Zhang was connected to the IVL apparatus and introduced into the artificial one.

- I contacted the resuscitation manager, literally begged him: tell me, are there any chances, how to help, what medicines are needed? He gave me a list, and in two hours I collected everything in Rostov: the desired antibiotic - 1800 rubles per ampoule - was only in one pharmacy. I bought solutions for inhalations, diapers, diapers, one and a half drawers of enteric power. Rushed throughout the city! As I thought: treatment will begin faster - it will be recovered faster.

And the miracle almost happened: the treatment regimen scheme prescribed by a seriously sick man began to give results.

“I called three times a day. At first they told me: “stably heavy”, “stably heavy” ... And on the 13th, “improvements went”, “a little reduced oxygen”, “elements of consciousness appear”, “moves with your hands” ... although now I think that they simply removed the sedative that dramat its moans, ”Oksana almost cry.

Dr. Zhang was sent to the Covid Hospital on April 14 in the evening after the positive results of a repeated dough for coronavirus came.

“I still have a nutrition for him, diapers, diapers in the trunk. The CGB said that everything is. Doctors confirmed: "Pneumonia in dynamics." We expected that on the morning of the 15th he would come to his senses, but this did not happen. On the 17th, his cerebral edema was stated, then death, ”says Oksana, who still cannot recover.

The mothers of children with cerebral palsy, which was helped by Dr. Zhang, raised money for a funeral.

Zyunfen’s body will be cremated, there is no way to transport the coffin to China, the air traffic is closed.

Women plan to later transfer the urn with the ashes of the doctor’s relatives and are waiting for an investigation into the criminal case, which, on the facts of what happened in the sixth Rostov city hospital, was initiated by the Investigative Committee.

The head physician of the hospital Albert Pirumyan is removed from the performance of duties. Like other doctors, he is currently on quarantine as a contact person of the first level. He refuses to communicate with correspondents.

In the conclusion about the causes of the death of the doctor, "bilateral pneumonia, sepsis, new coronavirus infection." His friends do not understand why it was not possible to save the young, full of strength to the man, because at the disposal of the doctors there were resuscitation beds, Ivl devices, antibiotics. There was probably no only one - a system capable of saving.
