In Kazan, the activists who laid flowers at the monument to Lenin were drawn up protocols under the article on violation of the self-isolation regime (Article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) by the police. About this writes “Idel. Realities".

According to the publication, on April 22, activists, including representatives of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and the Left Front, laid flowers at his monument on Svoboda Square in honor of the 150th anniversary of Lenin. Some of the protesters were detained by the police and taken to the police department in the Vishnevsky district. According to eyewitness Vladimir Kolodtsev, employees of the Center "E" participated in the detention. Kolodtsev himself was detained when he came to the department to support other activists.

The names of several people on whom the protocols were drawn up are known: Vladimir Kolodtsev, deputy of the Kazan City Duma from the CPFR Alexei Serov, first secretary of the Vakhitov branch of the CPRF Anvar Zatin. In total, protocols under the article on violation of the self-isolation regime were drawn up for 17 participants of the action on April 22.

Kolodtsev specified that some activists had already had court hearings and were fined from 1,000 to 2,000 rubles.
