In Moscow, Arsen Besolov, the administrator of a telegram chat in which supporters of a national gathering against the self-isolation regime in Vladikavkaz corresponded, was detained. MBKh Media writes about this with reference to activist Indira Gaboleva.

“He was taken away this morning at eight or nine o’clock, it is not yet known where he is, where he was taken. A chat was attached to Vadim Cheldiev’s Telegram channel, it was closed, he opened it for one or two hours a day. He was in Moscow all this time, he was simply the chat admin,” MBKH Media quotes Gaboleva.

The activist clarified that “people without identification marks, all in black,” took part in the detention of Besolov.

• Vadim Cheldiev is a COVID dissident who accused the North Ossetian authorities of lying in connection with the coronavirus pandemic. According to investigators, Cheldiev hit the Center “E” employee who escorted him several times in the face.
• On April 20, a public gathering against the self-isolation regime took place in the center of Vladikavkaz. About two thousand people took part in the action. The protesters were brutally dispersed by riot police, and as a result, 69 people were detained.
