In Kazan, employees of the Center for Combating Extremism (CPE) drew up a protocol under an article on disrespect for power (part 3 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) on the volunteer of the regional headquarters of Navalny. This was reported in the telegram channel of the headquarters.

The reason for the initiation of the case was the publication on Facebook photographs of the 1992 newspaper with the image of Putin. Under the post, as the security forces write, the user posted a comment with the text: "This is how this geek started his way."

The headquarters claim that the case was opened on a complaint of a member of the United Russia party.
