I walked, thought about him, and then I took a taxi before leaving and went bought it, ”Olga Viktorovna says not without pride. In 2013, Olga Viktorovna issued, as she says, “OPOKA” over Varya: not because of money, but in order not to write a power of attorney all the time, if the girl needs to be taken to the doctor or to the section ... Olga Viktorovna owns the hairdresser, Vera was an accountant, now he simply takes part-time jobs. They have both disability.

From 2013, guardian payments have grown from 8 to 10 thousand rubles. “Of these, 6 thousand a month went to orthopedic shoes, the remaining 4 on the pool,” Olga Viktorovna cuts off about this money.

Varia was taken for swimming at the Olympic reserve school, for culinary courses, in the theater studio, the girl often visited her grandmother in the hairdresser and learned to make hairstyles, rode a yacht with Uncle Seryozha - he was professionally engaged in sailing. “I put her on the yacht, she grabbed behind the wheel and immediately went, she is in everything an excellent student,” says Sergey. In the Diary, the cook for the first grade cost only 4 and 5.

School

Varya is studying at school No. 63. Conflicts with the leadership of the school at the family began before the girl went to first grade. At first they did not want to take her to this school, although she is closest to the house. There was a conflict. Then, in the first grade, the classmate poked her with a pen in her neck, the girl had his throat because of this, and she did not go to school for two weeks.

The teachers, according to Olga Viktorovna, tried to hush up this story. Vera immediately admits that because of this she called the class teacher a “devil in a skirt”.

It did not work out to convert Varia to another class, she began to deteriorate her grades, once the girl was forced to come to school as a lagging and making crafts. She is a left -handed manner, and she was given scissors for her right hand. Olga Viktorovna, who had previously complained about school in all kinds of authorities, called it violence against her child - and went for help to the Human Rights of the Sverdlovsk Region Igor Morokov. “I was always fundamental,” Olga Viktorovna explains.

This was at the end of May last year, and on June 5, the deputy director of the school Marina Efimova called Olga Viktorovna to agree on a meeting about complaints.

“Instead of my grandmother, my mother took the phone, I realized that she was in a state of intoxication ... Mom replied that my grandmother on a business trip would come only on Monday, call back after the weekend. I felt anxious. I live nearby and several times saw my mother in a state of intoxication and with men are also drunk. It became anxious whether Varya will be fed. There were fears more serious, and if without a grandmother these very men come to visit? " - So the head teacher describes the situation in an interview with the local edition E1.

She called the guardianship authority. “We did not want anything bad for the family,” Efimova emphasizes. Nevertheless, they refused to talk with the Novaya Gazeta correspondent at the school. And Marina Efimova’s call led to unexpected consequences.

"Family Defense"

“Yes, they called from school that day, invited a conversation to a psychologist. I said that I do not trust their school specialist, ”says Vera,“ but my voice was absolutely sober. Although if I drink, you can’t determine in my voice. ”

That evening, they, as always at the beginning of the month, came to visit them by the ex -husband of Olga Viktorovna and grandfather Vari Sergey Georgievich - “provide financial assistance”. He, as he receives a pension, visits his granddaughter and brings her a gift. That day he bought Vara Skate.

“Yes, he always comes with a vinyl, but he hides a bottle in a backpack. He is an Officer of the KGB, in Afghanistan, three concussions, you can’t retrain a person, ”says Olga Viktorovna.

Vera prepared shawarma and drank with her grandfather “two or three glasses of wine”, and Varya at that time ate in her room and watched cartoons. The shawarma in the family is made by themselves: they bake lavash, fried meat, rub the carrots and add the “self-salted cucumber” there, looks “exactly like purchased”.

This is a feast and saw the guardianship authorities that came to the family that evening without warning. The representative of the guardianship will then tell in court: on the road she called Vara, and she said that everyone was drunk at home, the girl opened the door to the inspectors. At home, the guardianship authorities found a “strong mess”, “bottles”, “skate rode, my mother stepped on him, fell, she was the most drunk,” then his grandmother came out “in a state of intoxication”, “grandfather’s grandfather’s swearing through every word”.

The family version is different: Vera opened the door, the representative of the guardianship came with two men and said that she was taking Varia. One of the men tried to go into the girl’s room and pushed Vera, she swore back, grandfather too. “There was a family defense,” Olga Viktorovna mints. I took it that evening. “She already called me out of the car, cried, I was like her father,” Sergey says, he was then in Moscow and, by geolocation, determined that the girl was brought to the shelter of Caravel.

The family immediately took a taxi and went there, they did not let them out of the gate, the guard said to come in the morning. On the morning of June 6, the girl was taken to the city camp, where she had walked before, her grandmother took her from there - first she led her to the doctor, and then home. In the evening, the situation repeated: the guardianship authorities arrived home and again took Varya. Olga Viktorovna was first released from the performance of the duties of the guardian for three months, and then completely removed.

Difficult situation

Olga Viktorovna filed a court with a request to recognize the order to remove her from the duties of the guardian illegal, the district and regional court was refused this. At the same time, the Office of the Social Policy in the Verkh-Isetsky District of Yekaterinburg filed a lawsuit with a request to limit faith in parental rights, the district court did not satisfy this requirement.

Now the case is considered by the regional court, by decision, Vera has passed a comprehensive forensic psychological examination.

“I answered 1600 questions, I painted the drawings with Varya, it seems to have passed everything well,” she says. There are no results yet, the courts in the city are now session due to coronavirus only on urgent matters.

“The situation is very complicated,” Igor Morokov sighs the Commissioner for the Rights of the Child of the Sverdlovsk Region. Complex, because in 2013 Vera said that she could not deal with a child for health reasons. Then the court recognized Barbar to be without parental care, and Olga Viktorovna became her guardian. At the same time, faith was not deprived of parental rights and did not limit them.

Since the status of Vari is “left without parental care”, “the transfer of the child’s child is impossible,” Galina Voronkova, head of the social policy department, told Novaya Gazeta.

In the courts, guardianship representatives also referred to the fact that faith has a serious illness and that it consists in the dispensary. Vera, even before the birth of her daughter, was injured in her head and really was registered in a psychiatric hospital.

When they took Varia, Vera immediately went to the hospital, went through the commission, and she was removed from the register. But the documents that the woman is under the dispensary supervision of a psychiatrist does not consist and that she has no diseases that would prevent the adoption of her own daughter or the design of custody over her did not help to return the child.

“I do not dispute the actions of the guardianship authorities, but I would have acted differently, I would give an opportunity to come out of this situation together,” says Morokov. And he emphasizes: "I am for Varvarka to be in the family." The head teacher of the school Marina Efimova also stands for the same, but emphasizes: “The family needs to create comfortable conditions. Mom does not need to drink. And grandmother needs to make every effort so that mother does not drink. ”

"There is no dry law in our country"

In court, representatives of the guardianship authorities emphasized: Varya said that she does not want to live at home, since everyone drinks, that her grandmother has been drinking for several days and does not cook for her. Vera says that when she visited Varia in a shelter after a court hearing, she asked her what it means “encoded”? The girl could not explain the meaning of this word.

Are there any problems with alcohol in the family? Are there binges? “I don’t argue to drink, do not argue, sometimes we drink, there is no dry law in our country. The week will pass, I will fall asleep, well, we’ll sit in a flab in the evening. But at home, order is always, cleanliness, the child is assembled to school in the morning, every time with a new hairstyle, ”Vera puts his hand on his chest.

“We get out of a steamer,” adds Olga Viktorovna, “the Vary section had seven times a week, doctors still, what a binge.” “There is no binge,” says Sergey: “Well, on the New Year, for example, Tusim, dumplings, salads ... But you can’t wake up without vodka - there never happened. The wrong child was seized. "

To the coronavirus, mother, grandmother and uncle several times a week came to Var in Caravel, brought food not only to her, but to all the children - so Varya herself asked. “Our children are as military, consumables,” says Sergey.

There are many complaints about the family shelter: they are poorly fed, the necessary textbooks are not bought, they don’t give a tutor, they don’t lead to doctors, even more so.

Varya's long hair was cut out there because lice started up. “I will find you at all until you return the child,” Olga Viktorovna says about it and writes complaints to the prosecutor’s office, to the police about what is happening in the shelter. “I am a person such that I’m getting to know anyway.”

“I would have broken without her for a long time,” says Vera about my mother, “but now we are already trying not to focus, the main thing is to return to return home, we will fix the grades.”

Vera and Olga Viktorovna have already found a psychologist’s girl, they will look for tutors, and the girls want to hang luminous stars on the ceiling in the room in the room in the room. Vera says that the examination went well, she hopes to win the court and then immediately pick up her daughter home.
