An administrative case was opened against the coordinator of Navalny's headquarters in Arkhangelsk for drug propaganda

Andrey Borovikov, the coordinator of Navalny's headquarters in Arkhangelsk, was charged with drug propaganda (Part 1, Article 6.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This is reported by the publication "7 × 7".

The attention of the security forces was attracted by a photo and video depicting cannabis leaves on Borovikov’s VKontakte page, in their opinion, this “forms a positive attitude towards drugs among adolescents.”

Borovikov does not know for which records he was charged. He suggested that they could be humorous videos, the last of which was published in 2015.

• In September 2019, the Oktyabrsky District Court of Arkhangelsk found Borovikov guilty under Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code (repeated violations of the established procedure for holding an action). He was sentenced to 400 hours of compulsory work.
