The head of the Ministry of Construction Yakushev fell ill with coronavirus

The head of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services, Vladimir Yakushev, fell ill with coronavirus, reports citing the department’s press service. Interfax

They added that Deputy Minister Dmitry Volkov was also infected with the coronavirus. In both cases, the diagnosis was confirmed by CT scan results.

Yakushev was hospitalized. Nikita Stasishin was appointed acting minister of construction.

The day before it became known that Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin fell ill with coronavirus. First Deputy Andrei Belousov was appointed in his place.
