The administrator of the chat of supporters of the opera singer and COVID-dissident Vadim Cheldiev, Arsen Besolov, received 15 days of arrest. The meeting took place in the Leninsky District Court of Vladikavkaz. Besolov was charged with organizing a mass simultaneous presence of citizens in public places, resulting in a violation of public order (Part 1 of Article 20.2.2 of the Administrative Code).
