Banksy's painting on coronavirus pandemia appeared in the English hospital

The street artist Banksy published his new picture on Instagram. She appeared in the Southampton hospital in the English county of Hampshire, BBC News reports .

On a monochrome canvas with an area of ​​one square meter, a boy is depicted in a jumpsuit and a T-shirt, sitting near the paper basket in which the figures of Spider-Man and Batman lie. The child holds a toy nurse in his hands, his hand extended forward, like a superman. A red cross is depicted on a nurse costume - this is the only color detail in the picture.

“The rules of the game are changing,” Banksy wrote on Instagram.

The artist left a note to the hospital staff: “Thank you for everything you do. I hope this will illuminate the place a little, even if it is only black and white. ”

The picture will hang in the hospital until the fall, after which it will be put up for auction to raise funds for the UK National Health Service.
