The Khoroshevsky District Court fined Maria Donchenko, Sergei Poznyakov, Chermen Khugaev and Maxim Chuvashev, who were detained at the editorial office of the Kommunisty Rossii newspaper. Public defender Eduard Rudyk told OVD-Info about this.
Donchenko was charged with an article on holding an action without filing a notification (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). According to law enforcement officers, on her page on the social network, Donchenko called for a rally on May 1 - to launch red balloons in honor of Labor Day. She was fined 20,000 rubles.
21:30 Chuvashov was fined 10,000 rubles under the article on violation of the rules for holding a public event (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), as well as under the article on disobedience to police officers (19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) for 500 rubles. The court made a similar decision in relation to Khugaev.
Poznyakov was fined 500 rubles under the article on disobedience to police officers, as well as 1,000 rubles for being on the street without a pass.
