Social -provision: Putin's work rating has fallen to a historical minimum

The rating of approval of the activities of Russian President Vladimir Putin in April fell to a historical minimum. These are the data of the telephone survey "Levada Center" .

59 percent of respondents approve of the activities of the head of state. This is the lowest indicator of Putin’s work for the 20 years of his leadership of the country. The last lowest indicator - 61 percent - was recorded in the fall of 2013.

In March, 63 percent of respondents approved the activities of the Russian leader.

Putin did not approve the work of Putin in April 33 percent of 36 percent in March.

Levada-Center conducted a survey from April 24 to 27. It was attended by 1608 people from the age of 18. Due to the Covid-19 epidemic, the poll was carried out remotely. According to sociologists, these data cannot be compared with the results obtained after personal interviews, since respondents give more conformist answers in telephone surveys.

Presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said that the Kremlin is not inclined to trust the polls of the Levada Center. There are other surveys that give a different assessment of the president’s activities, said Peskov.
