Business was offered a Russian solution for tracking employees working remotely: the agent program will monitor the actions of the employee and events on his computer, as well as calculate the time actually spent on work, reports . RBC

The programs developed by various companies (among them - StaffCop, InfoWatch) were offered to Russian business by the Russian IT company Krok. She promotes them as an additional anti-crisis measure: it is expected that clients will leave part of the employees to "remote" after the end of the restrictions associated with the pandemic, and the surveillance application will increase the efficiency of their work outside the office.

The agent program installed on the employee's computer will track all actions and events - this will allow you to control the work schedule, automatically calculate the time spent by the employee on the performance of profile operations.

A system for analytics of conversations between employees and customers will also be introduced. An “additional control tool” (what exactly it will be, the publication does not specify) will be implemented on the devices of employees who have access to critical company systems in order to reduce the risks of information leakage.

Croc does not disclose the full cost of the anti-crisis package. The representative of the company only noted that monitoring the workplace of one employee costs from 3.5 thousand rubles.
