Four people died in Komi per day from coronavirus, the operational headquarters said on May 7. The total number of dead in the republic increased to 11.

The head of the region, Vladimir Uyba, explained this by the fact that the government of the republic sent to Moscow for verification tests for Kronavirus over the past five days.

“Therefore, such an increase has been observed in recent days,” said Uyba.
