The criminal case against twenty -two -year -old Nikita Chirtsov was opened at the end of August last year.
On July 27, at an inconsistent action, Chirtsov pushed the policeman into the chest. In court he did not plead guilty, and the victim said that he had no pain. Nevertheless, in December, the Tver court of Moscow found him guilty of the use of violence that is not dangerous to health, in relation to the representative of the authorities (part 1 of article 318 of the Criminal Code).
The Moscow City Court released Chirtsov "on the severity" on April 13 this year. But for another week Nikita spent in custody in Kursk - letters confirming the decision on the release were waiting in the pre -trial detention center. On April 20, Chirtsov was released and left for his native Berezniki (Perm Territory). He passed a two -week isolation, as having arrived in the region from Moscow.
A meeting with Nikita Chirtsov in Zum was organized by the Bereznikov Public Organization “Civil Supervision”: her activists supported the grandmother of Nikita, Nadezhda Lozhkov, who regularly held street actions in Berezniki demanding to release her grandson.
Today I am no longer on quarantine, because two weeks have passed as I flew from Moscow. Today they did not call. In general, [those who on quarantine] call the police every day, Rospotrebnadzor transfers information to the police, and they call, ask whether at home or not. In theory, they probably had to come to me with a leaf, mark, take pictures, but they did it only once. Trust the word.
In a pre -trial detention center, he learned about quarantine by radio and from letters. When it all began, people [mainly] stopped exporting to the courts, but some courts worked. And those who were taken to court, as far as I know, measured the temperature. The lawyers who came to measure the temperature, the investigators too. All employees went in masks and we also distributed masks to us - gauze, one for each. We constantly had to walk outside the camera.
The new arrivals were not always isolated: a new person who was just closed, we were immediately thrown into the camera. Although usually they are up to 10 days in a separate chamber. For example, I was for two days in one. Not because of the coronavirus, but simply all newcomers are waiting in a separate distribution chamber. But there were not enough places.
There are five of us in the cell. All young guys from 19 to 25 years old, an uncle 48 years old drove without quarantine.
As for medicine in general, I personally had no health problems, and so - every morning check comes the doctor. If you have some kind of disease, your diagnosis should be confirmed by papers: medicines are brought to a pre-trial detention center to the medical center only with a prescription. And if there is no piece of paper, then you are healthy. An ordinary cold, for example, of course, is treated, at each check you can consult a doctor with symptoms.
On the radio about "Moscow business" was not said. Once they said about Kotov, the president ordered a review of the case. The radio played from 6 in the morning, as a rise, and until 10 pm - non -stop. Usually it was “our radio”-the songs are old, switched to “Love-Rudio”, “Europe+”. What radio an employee likes, then he turns on for himself, he plays the whole prison. And if some camera is guilty, then they include the "internal regulation rules." And now you listen to for several hours how you should behave, what are your rights and obligations. There, such an evil voice reads. It was very inferior.
They took me in Moscow at the entrance when I went out to smoke. They go as well: “Oh! So this is he! ” They instructed me a gun and say: “Well, give up!”, I say: “Well, give up,” and that’s it.
I could not stand it, I watched lawlessness - how people were detained for nothing. They didn’t even shout anything, there were no posters, that is, they could not even delay them, for what? I just happened on my emotions. Perm notes that I went to protect people - almost the only one in this crowd. Perhaps this is even for the better that I was the only one. Otherwise, there would be a completely different article, as I understand it.

Now, of course, I am following what is happening with the “Moscow business”, and communicate with the guys who have already been freed. Before all this, I was a man from the outside, I did not have any organizations, well, I didn’t even communicate with anyone, I didn’t know anyone, but still, I looked at some channels on YouTube, I did not like everything that happened in the country somewhere since adolescence.
Regarding the fact that I was so convicted ... even if there is anything, imprisonment here is unrealistic. And illegal retention, illegal stage - my lawyer believes that all this must be continued to dispute. Yes, you need to seek justice.
If we talk about the court of first instance ... the prosecutor requested 3.5 years. When they gave me a year, I almost burst into tears, I was delighted with this, although, it would seem, why? But the prosecutor asked for three and a half, they gave a year, and I was already happy. And in the appeal, in fact, I did not expect that they would let go, I thought that it would be unchanged, and I would sit until the end of the term and that’s all. That is, in both cases I was delighted, it happened.
He answered very little to letters. My relatives wrote a lot to me, and if I answered everything, then I would have written all the letter all the deadline, from morning to evening. And I did not want to pour out all my condition depressed in letters, because basically I was in this state. I liked more when the cards came. This does not oblige me to write an answer. If you did not answer the letter, it lies and still confuses you a little. And the postcard is great, there is still an interesting picture.
For my part, censorship, as I understand it, was not, because I did not write anything like that: if I wrote something, I would be returned with the seal "not a censorship." And from other people, some letters came, yes, censored. The words and lines are crossed out with a pen, so that you would not understand what was there, but in some cases you could guess. A letter came from the poetess. And there one quatrain, and the rest of the sheet is cut off, such a narrow piece of paper came, cut off, they did not like the rest of the verse.
Books once a week were issued by the librarian. Basically, we did not take these books. But there were interesting ones: I read the “it” by Stephen King, the “moth”-the cellmates read, they liked it-something about the convict for life, he ran there. That is, there are books about shoots in prison.
In Kursk, mainly the 228th article, drugs. In Kursk, this disaster is generally very strong, there are a lot of this article there, it is something unreal, the 158th was still, theft. And there was also the 254th-drunken driving. On the 264th man, the seventh time was already convicted, but he did not knock anyone, nothing, but was drunk. My, 318th article in prison "Honorary", so to speak.
The most frequently asked question: "How much did you pay?" Such a question did not sound from the prisoners, it was from employees, out of curiosity, mostly. The employees had an interest in me rather-they knew me, interested in why I went, why, how, but it didn’t go further than interest, there was no particular relationship.
In a positive way, I was very surprised by the friendly atmosphere among prisoners, one might say, family relations. There are separate categories, articles that are not welcome, but they do not live with you - they live in a separate cell and, probably, they also have everything good with each other.

A pre -trial detention center in Moscow is much better. In Moscow, I have not yet stopped into a regular camera, but to people who, with money, so to speak, influential people. Not all there are such cameras, and this is only in the SIZO-5. And they say to me: “Look, you are lucky, now you are like in a sanatorium, it will be much worse.” Well, it really happened. In Kursk, the toilet is simply fenced by a profiled sheet, located in the cell. And in Moscow, the toilet is a separate room of brick, it is already different, even there was a shower. In Kursk only cold water, in Moscow and hot. In Moscow, a refrigerator, TV, food can be ordered from a restaurant. Perhaps in Moscow it was assumed that I could check the PMC, as happened, and therefore I was distributed into a good camera. In Kursk, they say, I was also in a good cell. I know from rumors that there is much worse. But I can’t say that the camera was good. In principle, you can live, but with difficulty. In the chamber of shcons, an oak, a long -stand, that is, beds, a table, a toilet.
There is a punishment cell, the so -called “kicha”, but I was not there. The characteristic from the pre -trial detention center for the court was good, it only noted that I did not observe the regime - I do not go to the end of the end and do not get up after lifting, but the reports did not make up on me.
As soon as I drove, there was nothing at all. Then, maybe, it’s used to it, or maybe they improved something. I gained weight there: it seems to me that they add a lot of vegetable fat to food - the plate after the soup had to be washed three times. And you are constantly lying in a stationary state. I am a little ashamed, but in general I did not do anything there in terms of physical exertion. I thought so for myself: I will better take care of my internal state, I read a lot, but I didn’t go in for sports. Socialmers were constantly engaged. Squats, push -ups, a heavy bag instead of weights - there is nothing more.
This is a useful experience, I think, but I would like to get rid of the consequences of the psychological plan. I have a fear of persecution: it seems that they are watching me. Relatives say enough, stop, continue to live, no one is already following you, everything is fine. But still. The guys told me that after going out for about six months, you still need to recover.
My relatives met me wonderful, waited very much and were very happy. But now I am not next to them, isolated. I don’t know, I am sick, I’m not sick, there are no symptoms, but I’m afraid to go to my grandmother, although I seemed to have ended quarantine, my grandmother is at risk, if I get sick, I can infect her. Father, aunt, brothers, sisters, very happy too. We, my whole family, are approximately the same political views, so there are no disagreements on this basis, but the fact that I “got into”, “climbed” somewhere, my father said that I need to work on self-control, but otherwise-there are no complaints about my relatives.
Now it is important for me to find work, then I will sacrifice some money, but in order to directly immerse myself, volunteering, for example, this is unlikely. In Kursk, I had a volunteer, girl Olya, once or twice a week transferred to me, spent her time. I don’t know this ... I don’t know yet. To maintain morally and financially - yes, for myself I have already decided.
We must somehow earn. I will probably work, work, I'm a programmer. Everything is legal.
