For violation of the obligatory mask regime, Petersburgers face a fine of 4 thousand rubles. This was reported by the Committee on Legality and Law Order.

The regime violators will be punished under an article on non -fulfillment of the requirements of the city government in the regime of high readiness (Article 8.6.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation), which was introduced to the Code of Administrative Offenses of St. Petersburg in April.
