The Governor of the Leningrad Region Alexander Drozdenko was ill with a coronavirus infection Covid-19. He himself informed Landw24 about this. Video with the words of the governor is published in social networks of the channel.

Drozdenko said that after among the officials of the Leningrad Region administration, cases of coronavirus disease revealed, he felt an increase in temperature and chills, after which he self -speaking, having passed tests. “Closer to dinner [the next day after the tests] - the SMS from the doctor: you have confirmation, plus we offer to hospitalize ,” said the governor of the region.

Drozdenko refused hospitalization and continued to work. According to him, in the end, he suffered a mild disease, infection did not affect his lungs. The governor spent 15 days on self -isolation.
