According to the lawyer, protocols under Art. 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (failure to fulfill the rules of conduct in an emergency or a threat of its occurrence), which have already been submitted to the court. On April 24, in Krasnoyarsk, opposite the building of the regional government, a rally was held against the “self -isolation” regime, in which about 15 people took part. During the action, the police detained three participants. The protocols for disobedience to the legal request of the police officer (19.3 Administrative Code) were also drawn up on them, but the court returned them due to violations.
