
In Vologda, the court fined 42-year-old Andrei Svittsev for distributing inaccurate information about coronavirus on social networks, the press service of the region’s courts said .
Svittsev in one of the publics in VKontakte posted a post that in the clinic of the watermen the patient "Strela all half blood". Sitnikov believed that she was sick with coronavirus. In court, he said that he received this data from his wife, who was in the hospital and saw how one of the patients had blood from the nose and mouth. The woman was assisted, the office was closed for processing, and the reception was transferred to another office. According to the therapist, she had a coronavirus.
The judge appointed him a fine of 30 thousand rubles.
This is the second sentence under the article on fakes on coronavirus in the Vologda region. On April 24, the court fined 19-year-old Yana Smirnov for 15 thousand rubles for the fact that she laid out an audio recording in the telegram channel, in which there was a phrase: "Two hundred people in a question was infected or not. Two hundred people fell ill. This is in Cherepovts. 12 people in Vologda infected."
In relation to the head of the Vologda branch "For Human Rights" Grigory Winter, they opened a criminal case because of the post of VKontakte, in which the human rights activist wrote about the transfer of prisoners from Cherepovets during the pandemic of the coronavirus.
