The famous cafe "Fairy Tale" was demolished in the Pervomaisky Square of Novosibirsk. For almost two decades, the institution was recognized as unauthorized.

The building of the Fairy Tale cafe is finally demolished in the Pervomaisky square at the intersection of Sovetskaya Streets and Maxim Gorky, the Taiga.info correspondent reports on May 12.

In 2018, the mayor's office demanded that the ownership of the cafe building, which belonged to the company "DRC". According to the authorities, the company did not have the right to privatize the built object on the site, which it rented from the municipality, the case file says.

“Registration of the defendant’s ownership of the object in the USRN was illegally, in the absence of a building permit and the act of putting the facility into operation. Moreover, by virtue of paragraph 7.1. the contract [lease], the defendant did not have the right to build any capital construction objects on the leased land, ”the court of position quoted the court.

Arbitration recognized the rightness of the authorities and decided to deprive LLC "DRC" the right to a cafe. In January 2020, the city hall announced preparations for the demolition of the facility as non-stationary.

Note that the cafe has been working in the Pervomaisky square since the beginning of the 2000s. It was called the Aquarium bar-cafe-this is one of the most famous such institutions in Novosibirsk. The room often changed the owners and operators, before the demolition there was a cafe "Tale".

One of the most famous incidents related to the Aquarium ended in 2005 by murder. According to investigators, a 27-year-old man during a conflict with five other visitors to the Aquarium cafe shot them from the Saiga carbine. Three were injured, another person died on the spot. The suspect managed to detain only at the end of 2017 in Krasnodar.

The details of the case back in 2005 were described by journalist Konstantin Voronov: “Several couples and two large companies, consisting of short -cut broad -shouldered guys and their girls, were touching at the tables. Between these companies there was a conflict that grew into shooting. However, the troubles at first did not portend: the companies had fun, danced. According to operational data, the cause of the conflict was the unflattering statements of the drunk young man about a girl from another company. ”

The parties to the conflict went outside, talked about 10 to 10. Communication ended with shooting, after which everyone rushed scattering, and the shooters disappeared by car. It was noted that among the victims there was one girl. Nine shooting sleeves were found at the crime scene.

A few years ago near the cafe, according to the observations of the Taiga.info correspondent, tinted jeeps parked, despite the ban on entry into the park.

LLC "DRC", according to the Contour-Focus service, belongs to Alexander Glazkov. According to the results of 2018, the company showed zero revenue, the loss amounted to 14 thousand rubles.
