The person involved in the "Moscow case" Maxim Martintsov arrived in the SIZO-1 of Bashkortostan, in Ufa. This was told to OVD-Info by his mother Galina Martintsova.
Yesterday, Galina was informed that Martintsov had been transferred from SIZO-5 of Bashkortostan (in the village of Ivanaevo, Dyurtyulinsky District), where he had been since the end of April, to Ufa. Then he must be transferred to a pre-trial detention center in the Voronezh region and then to the Bryansk region to serve his sentence in the region of registration.
- In early December 2019, the court sentenced Maksim Martintsov to two and a half years in a penal colony, Yegor Lesnykh to three years in a penal colony, and Alexander Mylnikov to a two-year suspended sentence. According to the investigation, Martintsov, Lesnykh and Mylnikov during the action on July 27 began to kick the National Guard Maxim Kosov, and then knocked him to the sidewalk. They were accused of using violence against a government official (Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code).
- On July 27, 2019, protests were held in Moscow in support of independent candidates in the elections to the Moscow City Duma, during which, according to OVD-Info, were detained 1,373 people . Three days after the action, the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on the riots. Several people have already been sentenced to real terms on charges of using violence against the police and the National Guard.
