Almost 8 thousand Siberians fell ill with coronavirus

The number of coronavirus infection in the regions of Siberia approached 8 thousand. Almost 350 people infected. In the leaders, the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Novosibirsk Region remain in the number of infected ones.

Doctors identified coronavirus infection in 348 residents of the regions of Siberia per day, follows from the reports of federal and regional operational headquarters.

Koronavirus was found in 61 patients in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, 40 in the Omsk region, 38 each in the Altai Territory and Khakassia, and 15 in the Tomsk region, federal authorities said.

Another 27 cases were registered in Buryatia, 24 - in Transbaikalia, 14 - in Kuzbass, regional operasties told. Also, 64 new cases were recorded in the Novosibirsk region and 27 in Irkutsk .

The authorities did not publish new data on infection in the Republic of Altai and Tuva. The federal operaste added cases that were announced a day earlier.

Thus, the number of coronavirus in the regions of Siberia reached 7,998. It is known about 86 deaths. In Russia, more than 272 thousand cases of infection are registered, of which 9.2 thousand in the last day. 2537 people died, more than 63 thousand recovered.
