The inability to solve the problems of citizens always causes their protest and a desire for change, that is, a request to change politics and a change of power. But the Russian government always responds to the request for changes: repression and building the wall on the path of these changes. "Concreting" of the existing state of affairs. The complication of its replacement and suppression of protest activity - both on the street and in the elections.

The planned provision of the police of the right to beat the protesters with impunity, prohibitions to be elected for protests, new barriers on the path of candidates for elections, “electronic voting” with unlimited opportunities to falsify the election results - the links of one chain.

Dissatisfied citizens will go outside - and will face the police, which is guaranteed impunity to ensure devotion.

For any actions of the police officer, “committed in the performance of the duties assigned to the police, and in connection with the exercise of the rights granted to the police,” he will now not be held any responsibility. By the way, to introduce themselves to citizens whom the police beat or delay is now even formally required.

If citizens dare even purely symbolically resist or intercede for others, they will be awaited not only by beating and arrest, but also by imprisonment of electoral rights.

From now on, it is forbidden to participate in the elections not only to those who are convicted of serious crimes, but also to those who are convicted of such crimes of moderate severity as "the application of violence against a representative of the authorities." He grabbed his hand or pushed off the armored “astronaut” who beat a defenseless person-received a deadline for this, 318th article of the Criminal Code, as most of the participants in the “Moscow case”.

Participants of protests can receive the same defeat in electoral rights (as Konstantin Kotov) under the “Dadinskaya” article 212.1, for “repeated violation of the established procedure for organizing or conducting a meeting, rally, demonstration, procession or picket”. Or (like Yegor Zhukov) for "public calls for extremist activity" (Article 280).

Finally, you can get a “wolf ticket” for elections according to such articles that are extremely easily used by the authorities for protest activists and generally objectionable, as the distribution of “fakes” (Article 207.2) or “fraud” (Article 159).

Those dissatisfied who still retain the right to nominate are waiting for the next barrier-withdrawal from the elections if the number of signatures in their support is more than 5 percent “marriage”.

Before that, it was 10% - which approximately corresponds to the inevitable systematic error with the most thorough collection of signatures. And only in rare cases, opposition candidates managed to meet this “norm”.

You can meet 5% either with perfect collection of signatures and honest election commissions (which will not declare real signatures defective), or being “necessary” for the authorities as a candidate, who will practically not be checked.

And this is not all: now the voter must personally write his surname, name and middle name in a sheet of collection - which gives new grounds for declaring signatures in support of opposition candidates “defective”.

In other words, it will be practically impossible to register in the elections with dissatisfied power to candidates.

Only candidates who do not need to collect this right to collect this right: representatives of four Duma “systemic” parties, who have long been almost indistinguishable from each other according to the vast majority of fundamental issues.

There are rare opposition parties, which (like "Yabloko") have factions in regional parliaments.

And in this case - as the final wall in the way of change - an “electronic vote”, absolutely uncontrolled for opposition observers, but completely controlled by the authorities, is introduced.

This voting aptly, the St. Petersburg political scientist Alexander Confisakhor was designed: “Sit at home, press the buttons, we will draw what we need.” And the “Yabloko” has already called this “another step towards the destruction of the remains of confidence in the elections and their final transformation into a fake procedure.”

The stronger the requirement of changes, the faster the Duma “frantic printer” works, breaking the laws that block the onset of these changes.

To crush the dissatisfied on the street, to transplant dissatisfied with the “zones”, not to let dissatisfied with the elections, to steal the votes of the dissatisfied in the elections, not to allow the dissatisfied to change the authorities and its policy in the elections, to keep and not put it - the general line of the Russian authorities, who wants to continue to dispose of the country, as granted to feed the patrimony.

And especially cynically, it looks at a time when the attention of society is distracted by an epidemic of coronavirus.

Right now, during the epidemic “fire”, the Russian government seeks to finally steal from citizens the right to change those whom they no longer respect and do not want to endure.

It is symbolic that this happens by the 30th anniversary of the opening of the 1st Congress of People's Deputies of the RSFSR, which has begun the change of old, communist power, to a new one.
