The so -called anti -crisis law on ensuring additional social and economic guarantees in connection with the spread of coronavirus the president signed on April 2. One of the main points of the document is the Kabmin’s task: to establish surcharges to doctors of the following categories: emergency medical equipment, pulmonologists, infectious disease specialists, pathologists, epidemiologists, laboratory assistants, anesthetists, radiologists, bacteriologists, radiologists, virologists, general practitioners - family, therapists, pediatricians, doctors of other specialties, other specialties, other specialties, other specialties, other specialties, other specialties, other specialties Encouraged by the treatment of patients with coronavirus, nurses and junior nurses, mistress sisters, drivers. The amount of surcharges to doctors is 300% of the salary, the rest is 200%.

Two days ago, that is, almost a month and a half later, Zelensky instructed the Ministry of Health to check how the law was fulfilled and whether all the relevant hospitals entered into agreements with the National Health Service of Ukraine - recently the surcharge procedure is carried out according to the new financial formula. “Make sure that the hospitals conclude agreements. Let's complete payments as soon as possible. Our doctors deserve this, ”the president addressed the Minister of Health Stepanov. He reported that the money was already going on for March. And there is not far from April!

How did you live before the "new financial formula"? “I was shocked,” Minister Stepanov admitted to reporters at a briefing, also a fairly new head of the department. According to him, in the field, in the regions, deputy heads of regional state administrations and the heads of relevant departments were simply sophisticated in excuses, why did not transfer to infectious hospitals the funds received in full. The personalities of officials, however, he did not switch, did not remove anyone from his posts.

But he promised that in a matter of days the ministry "will receive a report on each health worker." Yes, I’ll clarify: it was in early May. There are still no reports. And there are protests.

In Vinnitsa, according to the local Internet publication “33 channel”, the staff of the Central District Hospital, which was defined as a hospital base for patients Covid-19, wrote by hand, felt-tip pens, banners on the sheets and lined up for half an hour right in the sick leave-it is impossible to move more longer or further. The Vinnitsa authorities rushed themselves, gave the word - instead of money ...

Fifty doctors and nurses of the Kyiv clinical hospital No. 8 were also protested. The mayor Vitaly Klitschko allocated surcharges to them - for unknown reasons, their medical institution did not fall into the list of those that are financed in connection with pandemia. The doctors of the metropolitan psychiatric clinic protested. Several doctors in the Dnieper and Kamensky announced hunger strikes - the salaries received by them in April were no more, but less than in the previous months.

In Sumy, local authorities undertook to support doctors at the expense of the budget of territorial communities. Doctors added 10 thousand hryvnias, nurses - 7, subject to a full working day, and to themselves, that is, the employees of the apparatus and executive bodies of the City Council, they cut off the salaries. The City Hall of Zaporozhye, not wanting protests, decided to allocate 1 million hryvnias to doctors - they did not wait for anything from the state. At the same time, the Minister of Health Maxim Stepanov reported to the president that 14 regions of the country have already been provided with a 300 percent "coronavirus" bailiff.

“I am glad that the process is moving. Already received positive reviews of doctors who received surcharges. This process goes quickly when the cooperation of the Cabinet of Ministers and the local authorities has been established, ”the Ukrinform news agency quotes Vladimir Zelensky. - In the Kherson region, all payments ended last week, among the leaders - Dnepropetrovsk and Lvivism. At the same time, Volyn, Luhansk, Rivnenism and some other areas are still stuck in bureaucratic red tape. And we must already start payments for April. ”

Help "New"
In February, healthcare workers received about 7.5 thousand hryvnias (about $ 275 at the rate), and a half times less than the middle -Ukrainian salaries. For a doctor with an average salary - Kyiv is not considered! - The payment is a little more than 20 thousand hryvnias (about 745 dollars at the rate). A nurse working with coronavirus patients can count on almost 15 thousand hryvnias (about $ 563 at the rate).
