“We are extremely concerned about the decision of our employer, the Chelyabmedtrans MAU, to pay the allowance not in full, but only partially, depending on the confirmed cases of coronavirus in patients,” the complaints of drivers said.

“With payment for coronavirus, everything was somehow incomprehensible at once,” says the ambulance driver Valery Philip, who signed the complaint. - In early April, we were told that there would be an hourly payment: to take the covid - 48 rubles per hour. Then they reviewed something, and the allowance began to go out 350 rubles per shift. And on April 30, the director of Chelyabmedtrans Andrei Babenko called all the foremen, including me, and said that the size of the allowance would be calculated based on the date when this or that driver took the first patient.

That is, if you took a person who was confirmed by coronavirus on April 1, you will get 25,000 rubles. If April 15, then 12,500. And if at the end of the month, then a thousand and a half. Such a formula. "

Philip notes that with the calculation methodology proposed by the Chelyabinsk drivers, it turns out that the driver who transported the first patient at the beginning of the month risked more than the driver who transported the first patient at the end of the month. And it doesn’t matter: you transported one patient with coronavirus on April 1, and then did not encounter Covid-19 at all, or on the 20th carried patients with coronavirus every day-in the first case there will be more payment.

“I work on a regular ambulance, not specialized under Covid. Ordinary ambulances also also carry patients with coronavirus. Just when we take the patient, we still do not know that he is infected. He did not arrange the drivers with a variety with surcharges, and they complained about the employer to the prosecutor's office of the Chelyabinsk region.
