Nobody showed us the decision to dismantle the building. Today is the fourth day of demolition. A group of workers arrived with saws, crowbars, axes, welding machines, but no heavy equipment. Surrounded by police with a sheepdog and machine guns. There were about 10 policemen. Now they are breaking windows and doors,” Pylin commented on his detention to the publication.

Rustam Esedulaev, a representative of Sosnovy Bor, told Caucasian Knot that he, like Pylin, was detained twice a day, the first time when he tried to show the police documents confirming the ownership of the Golden Horseshoe buildings.

“Police officers said, ‘You are interfering with our legitimate activities. I asked what their activities are. At the same time, he noted that I did not violate public order. I said that a person can be deprived of his property only by a court decision, and asked to see the court decision on the basis of which the objects are being demolished. They took me by the arms and forced me into the car. I didn’t resist, ”another detainee, lawyer Andrei Korshunov, shared the details of what happened.

A protocol was drawn up against Boris Pylin under the article on disobedience to the demand of a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), on the lawyer of Sosnovy Bor Rustam Esedulaev - under the article on violation of the requirements of the state of emergency (probably Art. 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses - OVD- Info ) , for one more person - a protocol under the article on violation of the self-isolation regime.
