Putin will hold a meeting on stimulating payments to doctors providing assistance to patients with new coronavirus, May 19, TASS reports . The day before, the meeting on the topic of payments was held by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin.

Earlier, the Prosecutor General’s Office announced inspections in all regions of Russia after the statements of doctors about non -payment of allowances for working with coronavirus. In the Novosibirsk and Irkutsk regions, according to the agency, measures have already been taken .

After messages in the media about payments to hospitals for working with coronavirus, hundreds of rubles, instead of tens of thousands promised by the president, were launched by the SK and the prosecutor's office. As it turned out, the doctors were paid for the time carried out next to the coronavirus patient, and this was possible according to the documents adopted at the federal level.

After a hype in the media, the Russian government excluded a clause from regulatory documents on the payment of stimulating allowances for doctors for the actually worked time. Siberian doctors previously complained that they received hundreds of rubles, salary increases, instead of tens of thousands that were promised by Vladimir Putin.

On May 18, the Ministry of Health of the Novosibirsk Region stated that he counted the allowances and pay all the money during the day. The authorities of the Irkutsk region reported on additional payments to doctors on May 17.
