The management of the Tambov Central Regional Hospital has issued decrees on the payment of bonuses to doctors for “actually worked time” with those infected with coronavirus, said paramedic Elena Krechetova. The documents are at the disposal of Mediazona.
In the decrees, the hospital's chief physician, Igor Konyukhov, calls the allowances bonuses. They will be paid to doctors “in accordance with the position held” and “for the time actually worked,” the documents say. On May 15, the government removed the “time actually worked” language from the payment order.
According to Krechetova, “about 60 employees rebelled” at the medical institution, who were not paid the bonuses promised by the president. Felsher added that the Investigative Committee is not yet conducting an inspection, but is collecting explanations from medical workers.
Hospital employees filed a complaint with Governor Alexander Nikitin, Krechetova added. According to the paramedic, the head of the region “sends” the appeal to the Health Department of the Tambov Region. “And from there there is silence,” explained the hospital employee.
She noted that on May 20, half of the “rebellious” paramedics were paid 25 thousand rubles. “Nothing for the rest! Nothing for the dispatchers either,” added Krechetova.
